Today is my day to showcase another Lovebug Creations  rumple ribbon.  This one is Simply Red.

I used My Creative Time All Around Christmas for this lovely sentiment.  I cannot wait to gift this to someone special.

Secret Santa

I'm so blessed to be part of the Lovebug Creations Rumple Ribbon creative team. I have made such great friends. 

We did a secret Santa this year. We all made a handmade gift for the person we picked. I made this sweet ornament using Simply Red rumple ribbon. Be sure to check out the store and pick some up.

Mini Coffee Cup Treats

Merry Christmas everyone!  It's Christmas time and the perfect time to give treats to kids and non-kids alike.  Today I came up with a cute mini coffee cup treat holder. It's filled with Candy Cane Hershey kisses.   I wish I could take the credit for this beauty, but I just can't.  I got the idea from Hill Country Stampin.  She has a great tutorial.

I used Merry Mesh from LoveBug Creations.  The patterned paper is from Heidi Grace Designs and the pretty peppermint is Hallmark.  I got the coffee cups from Webstaurant Store.  Great prices!!

Thanksgiving Place Cards

Thanksgiving is just a week away!  EEK!  I have been toying with different ideas for place cards and this is a great one.   I used Mama's Mesh, which is one of my favorite products.  These place cards are super easy to make.  They measure 4" x 2.5".  I really like how this turned out.

Hi friends. I used Mama's Mesh from Lovebug Creations to decorate these coffee cup gift card holders. I love how Mama's Mesh embellishes this project. I love this idea because so many friends love coffee and this is the best way I've found to give them a gift card.

Cricut Sweet Treats cartridge.  Cut at 3.94. I welded the shadow together so that it would create a card shape. 

Frosting is PTI - Raspberry Sorbet (run through divine swirls embossing folder)

Housewarming Gift

I'm bringing you a card I made for my nephew who is moving to a new apartment.  He just graduated University of Florida (GO GATORS) and he and his girlfriend have settled in Orlando as they both pursue careers at Disney.

I used Wild Card and Create a Critter (fence).  Don't miss the hidden Mickey in the window.  

I really wanted a darker blue ribbon for this wreath for Gator colors, but I only had light blue.  I braided it.  It's tiny.

I used the Stampin Up slit punch to create the slot and used a glue dot to hold the card on top.

I recently had surgery and I was overwhelmed with the flowers and visitors I received.  I wanted to share the thank you cards I made.

I searched my favorite blogs and got inspiration from THIS post on Becky Roberts' blog.  I made several varieties of this card using different rumple ribbons and varying the cardstock.  The stamp set is Chalk Talk by Stampin Up.  I also used the Framelits that correspond with this set.

I made some treat bags using the Purple People Eater.  I also used Jaded Blossom's Treat Topper, which I LOVE. This shade of purple is so regal and beautiful. I love it!

Damaris's Bucket List

Hi everyone,

This week I'd like to share with you a little gift I made my sister, Damaris (Dee).  She lives in Tennessee and I don't get to see her too often, but I'll be seeing her later today and can't wait to show her.

Dee is a big Donny & Marie fan.  I remember as kids we used to watch them on TV and well, her being older...she was in LOOOOOVE with Donny.

Last week we found out they will be doing their Christmas tour in South Florida this December and we thought it would be a nice idea to get tickets and have her come join us.  This is a bucket list item for her, so I ran with the play on words.

I used a mini bucket and printed the seating chart with a huge yellow arrow that says "WE ARE HERE" pointing to the FLOOR seats we got.  How exciting!!!

I used Stampin Up paper that my friend Norma - Pink Bling Crafter sent me.

Diaper Invitation

Hi friends,

It's Wednesday, which means I am posting on Lovebug Creations blog today.  I wanted to show you a cute diaper card I made for a friend who asked me to help her make some invitations.  It took me some time to figure out how to make this card and a few failed attempts later, here she is!

The pin is cut from Wild Card.  I had to play with the dimensions because I had no idea how to use that cartridge.  (Hahaha)

Hi everyone!

We recently celebrated my sister's birthday.  My daughter wanted to give her a gift, so we quickly packaged up some cute hair clips (because hers had broken) and we tied it with ballet slippers rumple ribbon.  I have been dying to use the Jaded Blossom Flag die and decided to use this striped paper straw and create a flag for it.  I think it's cute.  What do you think?

Sofia the First Coloring Books

As you all know, I've been planning a "Party in a Box" for my friend, Sonia, who lives in California.  Let me explain the relation.  She is my brother-in-law's sister.  My sister and her brother have been married for 30+ years, so there really is no "In-law"....he's like my brother.  Anyhow, she wanted a princess themed baby shower for Baby Sofia who arrives next month and I was eager to help.  Some of the party supplies have already been shared, but here is a cute favor I made for the kids.  It's a Sofia the First Coloring Book.  I love LOVE how they turned out.  I had never sewn bound anything, but I was thinking how to make them beautiful and the light bulb just lit up and I thought "SEW IT!"  BAM!  Brilliant. I now have no brain cells left.  :)
