My sisters and I love to throw parties and from time to time we have weddings to plan.  When I received these stamp sets, I immediately thought about candy favors, so I picked up some Ferrero Rochers and packaged them nicely using Stampin Up paper.   I used the Jaded Blossom Wedding Candies set together with my gorgeous Simply Red and Simply White rumple ribbon from Lovebug Creations. 

I also created these great table tent cards.  These can also be adhered to a solid background for a more traditional A-style tent card.  I used Lovebug Creations Rumple Ribbon in Olive You and Simply Blue (GORGEOUS) and also used the Jaded Blossom Wedding Wishes stamp set.  This is an unbelievable stamp set.  I loved working with it!

Summertime

hi Friends,

It's my day to play hostess on Lovebug Creations today.  I created a fun Summertime pinwheel card.  My kids love Summer and pinwheels, so I made them each a card that says "Take a Break" for them to take a break and play Wii for a while.

The rumple ribbon I used is Olive You and the designer paper is Robin's Nest Kiwi Glitter paper from the Sorbet Collection.

The stamp is Karber and I used paper scraps for the pinwheel and the curly label die from Stampin Up..

I am a stalker

I admit it.  I stalk blogs.  There are about five that I visit several times a week because I am amazed at the talent that they hold in their little hands.  One of them is Lorri Heiling.  I'm sure you all know her. Her blog Confessions of a Stamping Addict is on my Bookmarks Bar.  No lie.  Well, she has these amazing tutorials for sale. I purchased two this week because I have been wanting to make the Adirondack Chair gift card holder forever and had the perfect opportunity for my friend's birthday.  It was time consuming, but it turned out sooooo cute that I just am proud.  I couldn't add the cup, but next time!

I just noticed that I forgot to add the sunglasses as well.  HA!!!!

Beautiful ballerina

I have been working endlessly to complete these beautiful ballerina invitations. The new mom-to-be sent me a picture and asked if I could make it and I jumped at the chance. They turned out beautifully. We also decorated the box to make for an enchanted delivery. 

Hope you love it as much as she did. It was great getting to know her and making a new friend. 

Mother's Day

I hope you all had a fantastic Mother's Day.  I had a restful day.

I made these cards using Lovebug Creations rumple ribbon, some burlap and glitter paper (for accents) from The Robin's Nest.  They came out so beautiful.  Frankly, the photos don't do them justice at all.

Teacher Appreciation Gift Card Holders

Hi friends!

I'm here to share the Lovebug Creations weekly project.  This being Teacher Appreciation Week, I decided to share the lovely gift card holders I made using Lovebug Creations rumple ribbon and awesome sorbet collection glitter paper from Robin's Nest.  I LOVE how they turned out.  The kids got to write a little note in each one.

Graduation celebration

Hi friends.

I have many nieces and nephews. This weekend we were blessed to celebrate the third oldest as he graduates from University of Florida with his Bachelors in Music. As a proper Cuban family, we aaaalllllll went up to celebrate the occasion. It was so much fun! I will share his card and also his cap. Students at UF decorate their caps and they asked for my help. Came out cool.
